Refund and Returns Policy

At Panihari Event Services OPC Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality event management services. As our services are customized and time-bound in nature, our refund and returns policy is outlined as follows:

1. Advance Payment
All advance payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable. This is because resources, planning, and vendor arrangements are initiated immediately after confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel the event:

  • The advance payment will not be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs after partial or full payment, the refundable amount (if any) will be determined after deducting expenses already incurred, including vendor bookings, materials, and administrative costs.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

3. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where Panihari Event Services OPC Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be provided after evaluating the situation. The company will also attempt to offer alternative solutions where possible.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability:

  • Requests must be made at least a reasonable time before the event date.
  • Any additional costs due to date changes, vendor availability, or price variations will be borne by the client.
  • Advance payments can be adjusted for the new date, but are not refundable.

5. No Returns Policy
As we provide services rather than physical products, returns are not applicable. However, any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of the event for review.

6. Service Dissatisfaction
If a client is not satisfied with the services provided:

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing with supporting details.
  • The company will review the issue and may offer partial compensation or corrective measures at its sole discretion.

7. Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.

8. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations (close to event date)
  • No-show by client or attendees
  • Changes in client preferences after execution has begun
  • Delays caused by external factors beyond company control
