1. Service Agreement
All services provided by Panihari Event Services OPC Private Limited will be outlined in a formal agreement or quotation shared with the client. Confirmation of booking is subject to acceptance of the quotation and these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in service disruption or cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs close to the event date, additional charges may apply depending on expenses already incurred. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the company’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, including date, venue, guest count, and specific requirements. Any last-minute changes may result in additional charges and are subject to feasibility.

5. Vendor and Third-Party Services
Panihari Event Services may engage third-party vendors (such as decorators, sound providers, or caterers). While we ensure quality service, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our control.

6. Event Execution and Delays
We strive to deliver services on time and as planned. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Damage and Liability
The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment, décor, or materials provided during the event due to negligence or misuse by guests or attendees.

8. Force Majeure
Panihari Event Services shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

9. Changes to Services
Any changes to the scope of work after confirmation must be communicated in writing. Additional services or modifications may incur extra charges.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Panihari Event Services remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Privacy Policy
Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required for event execution.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
