Cancellation Policy

At Panihari Event Services OPC Private Limited, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the resources and time invested in event planning and execution.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
  • The booking advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Timeline and Charges
Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

  • 30 days or more before the event date: Advance amount forfeited.
  • 15–30 days before the event date: 50% of the total event cost will be charged.
  • 7–15 days before the event date: 75% of the total event cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before the event date: 100% of the total event cost will be charged.

These charges are applicable due to confirmed vendor bookings, material procurement, and resource allocation.

3. Cancellation After Partial or Full Payment
If the client has made payments beyond the advance:

  • Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and expenses already incurred.
  • Final settlement will be communicated to the client within a reasonable time.

4. Cancellation by Company
Panihari Event Services OPC Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an event due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies)
  • Non-payment or breach of agreement by the client

In such cases, a fair refund (after deducting incurred costs) may be provided, or the event may be rescheduled with mutual agreement.

5. Rescheduling in Place of Cancellation

  • Clients are encouraged to opt for rescheduling instead of cancellation.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
  • Additional charges may apply due to changes in pricing, vendors, or logistics.

6. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to conduct the event on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be applicable.

7. Force Majeure
Cancellations due to events beyond control (such as natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or legal restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The company may offer rescheduling or partial adjustments where possible.
